How to join KAPAP

how to join

Try out KAPAP with the four week foundation course - gives a good set of self defence skills and then allows you onto the weekly KAPAP sessions.

It is a pre-requisite that all members of the KAPAP attend the foundation course first. There are several reasons for this, mainly to give a good knowledge of the basics, this will enable you to join in with the advanced members on the weekly classes. It also allows for potential members to be vetted - or put in a nicer way, it would not be for the good of the class if there were people attending who were in it for the wrong reasons, we are a friendly club and it is solely for self protective measures that we train.
